Q: HOW DO THE EVENTS WORK?
  
A: Events are set-up similar to many speed-dating events--but with more organization, and a more personalized experience. Tickets are sold through Event Brite and can also be found on Facebook events. Events are roughly two hours long, and Event Hosts will send matchmaking results within 24 hours of the event.
  
Q: WHERE DO EVENTS TAKE PLACE & ARE THEY PRIVATE?
  
A: Bigger Circle events always take place in a public venue-- and they're generally hosted in a private room of either a hotel, conference center, restaurant, bar, or lounge. While we can't guarantee a specific level of privacy, please note that we do try to keep our events as private as possible.
  
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
  
A: Regular-priced tickets vary between $35 and $45 per event, but many of our events offer a reduced price for early sign-up!

If you're hesitant about the price point... just remember:
 
1) you'll be meeting multiple people that you already share a common interest or demographic with...

2) our ticket costs help "weed out" flaky individuals and people who might not be there for the right reasons :) and...

3) we have a wonderful "Free Pass Guarantee"!
  
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
  
A: In the rare event that we have to cancel an event, ticketholders will be refunded.
 
Please keep in mind, however, that no refunds or rain checks will be given if we do not cancel the event. If something comes up and you're unable to attend--you are more than welcome to sell your spot to a friend. If you would like to do this, simply email biggercircleevents@gmail.com and let us know the name, age, phone number and email address of the person taking your place.

We appreciate your understanding of this policy and how difficult it would be to organize events if we allowed people to cancel.
  
Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL I MEET?
  
A: We guarantee you'll meet at least 6 other people--but our popular events could have you meeting up to 20!

  
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T MEET ANYONE I LIKE?
  
A: We're so confident that you'll meet someone you're interested in, that we offer a "Free Pass" Guarantee. In other words, if you attend an event and you aren't interested in anyone, simply check "no" to everyone on your Matchmaking Card and we'll invite you to our next event--free of charge. You've got nothing to lose!

Note: To receive a "Free Pass", ticketholder must stay for the entire duration of the first event. In addition, if ticketholder selects "yes" or "maybe" to one or more person(s), regardless if they form a match or not, ticketholder will not be eligible for the "Free Pass" Guarantee. Ticketholders are limited to one "Free Pass" per paid event, per year.
  
Q: CAN I ATTEND A DIFFERENT AGE GROUP?
  
A: If there is an event that you would like to attend, but you are a few years over/under the age limit, you may still be able to attend. Simply email us at biggercircleevents@gmail.com with your name, age, phone number, event city, and date of the event that you would like to attend. If there are spots still available once registration closes, we will allow up to 2 older/younger people, of each gender, to attend.
